1. What we sell

Christmas Made sells digital products only — downloadable files such as printable art, wallpapers, patterns, and SVG cut files. Nothing physical is shipped. After payment, your files are delivered instantly by email and through a secure download page.

2. Your order

When you complete a purchase you receive an email with a download link. The link is personal to you and valid for a limited time; if it expires, you can request a fresh one at any time via the email address below or the link on your receipt. Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in USD and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Personal use license

Purchases include a personal-use license. See the License & Usage page for exactly what you may and may not do with the files.

5. Refunds

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final once the download has been delivered — see theRefund Policy for details and the exceptions we're happy to make.
